The Data Science Platform applied to Health (PCDaS) is an initiative of the Health Information Laboratory (Lis) of the Institute of Communication and Scientific and Technological Information in Health (Icict) of the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation (Fiocruz) of the Ministry of Health ( MS), in partnership with the Data Extreme Lab (DEXL) of the National Laboratory for Scientific Computing (LNCC) of the Ministry of Science, Technology, Innovation(MCTI). The partnership aims to “develop and make available a Data Science Platform (Paas – Platform as a Service) applied to Health. The Platform is a public and free service of data storage, management and analysis of Big Data in the health area for researchers, teachers and students of teaching and research institutions, as well as government managers.
