As goals we have: (I) apply computational intelligence techniques in methodologies for predicting protein structure and thus (II) create workflows integrated into HPC platforms. The prediction of protein structures and the design of antibodies will benefit industry and researchers in the field of biopharmaceuticals and biotechnology. The growth of computational capacity installed in the country, for example, with the Santos Dumont supercomputer along with the increase in the available database enabled the use of more sophisticated computational and artificial intelligence algorithms. As results, we anticipate the construction to build a solid basis of tools used in the rational development of drugs, studies on diseases associated with structural changes in proteins, mutations and in the design of antibodies.
