Modern artificial intelligence methods are being used to predict whether a protein has linear or conformational epitopes from its amino acid sequence. The target audience for epitope prediction is the industry and researchers in the field of biopharmaceuticals, note that biopharmaceuticals are responsible for most of the deficit in the trade balance of medicines. The main results are the creation of a program capable of predicting epitopes in proteins with equal or better precision than the existing ones, which will be made available in the form of a web portal. This tool will be relevant in several applications that depend on the results of such tools for strategic decisions, such as, for example, epitope deletion in therapeutic proteins, vaccine development and antibody design.
